Make An Impact
We invite you to join us in making an impact in the University District Community!
Building Financial Confidence Through Education
Owning a home is a goal for many Arkansans. UDDC operates an affordable housing program that helps individuals become a homeowner, while at the same time securing a personal and financial asset. We believe that anyone making a decent wage or salary should not be priced out of homeownership. Presently, potential buyers have the option to purchase a home through our first time homebuyer or market rate programs. Both programs offer homes in the University District that are safe, decent, and affordable.
